Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions regulate the sale, including registration, of Baguy products through the website www.baguy.pt.

The website www.baguy.pt is managed by Ana & Barbara, LDA, legal entity no. 514515902, headquartered at Rua Dr. Manuel Barbosa de Brito, n45, 4730-769 Vila Verde, Braga, Portugal.

Use of the website www.baguy.pt and purchase of Baguy products presupposes knowledge, understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the User.


When ordering an article Baguy you have, according to Decree-Law nº24/2014, of 14 February, 14 consecutive days to exchange the ordered article, from the moment you receive it. The costs of shipping costs inherent in the exchange are the responsibility of the customer. For the exchange to take place it is necessary that the article has not been used, nor washed, and that you keep the labels as they were sent. After Baguy receives the article, if it is not in accordance with the aforementioned, the exchange will not be made. Items that are damaged due to washing errors will not be replaced, as Baguy is not responsible for their improper use/washing. The exchange will only be made after we receive the article and it is verified that it is within the conditions described above. Baguy will inform you, within three days of receipt, of the item to be exchanged, whether the exchange can be made. The exchange can be made for another article of another size or another model, however, the exchange must be made for an article of equal value to the superior one, which is in stock.
There are no exchanges or returns of custom articles


Baguy allows the return of items purchased within a maximum of 15 days from the day you receive your order, inclusive. 

Communicate your intention to return your article by e-mail [email protected]referring to the Order Number.

Send the item to be returned with its label to our address within 15 days. We do not assume the costs of returning the item, which will be borne by the client.

Upon receipt of the article, we will check the status of the article. If the item is in conformity, we will refund the amount paid using the same payment method you chose to make the purchase.


To make an exchange, send us an e-mail to [email protected]indicating the Order No., model, color and size you wish to receive. We will reply to your e-mail within a maximum of 3 working days, confirming the exchange of the article.

In case the exchange is in mainland Portugal the new article will be sent to your address through a carrier, who will collect the article to be returned at the time of delivery.

If the exchange is for the Islands or International, after we reply to your email should send the article to our address. The costs of shipping to our address will be borne by the client and the reshipment of the new piece will have an added value of 12 euros

Baguy reserves the right to only accept the return or exchange of items that have not been used, washed and that retain the original labels as received. Items that are damaged due to washing errors will not be replaced, as Baguy is not responsible for their improper use/washing.

There are no exchanges or returns of personalized items.

Payment Methods

You can pay for your purchases by Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Paypal, Multibanco Reference or through the MB Way system.

Baguy does not accept any payment method other than those mentioned in the previous point. Do not use any other means than the specified payment methods. If it does so, Baguy cannot be held liable for the loss of value or any other damage that may result.

Shipping Costs

The prices shown on the website www.baguy.pt already include shipping costs for mainland Portugal and Islands. For the remaining countries the respective value will be applied by destination.

For shipments outside Europe, all orders will have an associated shipping cost, and may require the payment of customs costs, depending on the country of delivery.

Warranty and After Sales Service

Baguy products are guaranteed in accordance with the legislation applicable to the sale of consumer goods.
