Right to freely terminate the contract

Baguy allows you to return purchased items within a maximum of 14 days from the day you receive your order. 

Please inform us of your intention to return your article by e-mail to [email protected]mentioning the Order No., or through my account management > orders by selecting the order you wish to return.

Send the item to be returned with its label to our address within 14 days. We do not cover the cost of returning the item, which will be borne by the customer. 

Baguy cannot be held responsible for lost parcels. The carrier, post office or delivery service chosen by the customer is fully responsible for the shipment.

Upon receipt of the item, we will check its condition. If the item is in good condition, we will refund the amount paid using the same payment method you chose to make the purchase.

Exchanges

Right to freely terminate the contract

Baguy allows you to exchange purchased items within a maximum of 14 days from the day you receive your order. To make an exchange, send us an e-mail to [email protected]indicating the Order No., model, color and size you wish to receive. We will reply to your e-mail within a maximum of 3 working days, confirming the exchange of the item.

If the exchange takes place in mainland Portugal, the new item will be sent to your address by our courier, who will collect the item to be returned at the time of delivery, at a cost of 10 euros. If the customer wishes, they can send the item for exchange by another carrier, and the cost will be borne by the customer. Baguy does not cover the cost of the exchange, the new item will cost 5 euros.

If the exchange is for the Islands or International, after we reply to your email you must send the item to our address. The cost of sending the item to our address will be borne by the customer and the new item will have an additional cost depending on its location.

Baguy reserves the right to only accept the return or exchange of items that have not been used, washed and which retain the original labels as you received them. Items that are damaged due to washing errors will not be exchanged, as Baguy is not responsible for their misuse/wash.

No exchanges or returns are made on personalized items.
