Right to free termination of the contract

Baguy allows you to return items purchased within a maximum of 14 days from the day you receive your order, inclusive. 

Communicate your intention to return your article by e-mail [email protected]mentioning the order number, or through my account management area > orders, selecting the order you wish to return.

Send, within 14 days, the item to be returned with the respective label to our address. We do not assume the costs of returning the item, these being the responsibility of the customer. 

Baguy is not responsible for lost orders, and shipping is the sole responsibility of the carrier, post office or distribution service chosen by the customer.

Upon receipt of the article, we will check the status of the article. If the item is in conformity, we will refund the amount paid using the same payment method you chose to make the purchase.

Exchanges

Right to free termination of the contract

Baguy allows the exchange of purchased items within 14 days from the day you receive your order, inclusive. To make an exchange, please send us an e-mail to [email protected]indicating the order number, model, color and size you wish to receive. We will reply to your e-mail within a maximum of 3 working days, confirming the exchange of the item.

If the exchange is in Continental Portugal, the new article will be sent to your address by our carrier, which will collect at the time of delivery the article to return, this process has a cost of 10 euros. If the customer wishes you can send by another carrier the piece to exchange getting the value charged to it. The Baguy not assume the costs of the exchange, sending the new piece will have a value of 5 euros.

In case of exchange to the Islands or International, after we answer your email you should send the item to our address. The costs of shipping to our address are borne by the customer and the reshipment of the new piece will have an added value depending on its location.

Baguy is not responsible for lost orders, and shipping is the sole responsibility of the carrier, post office or distribution service chosen by the customer.

Baguy reserves the right to only accept the return or exchange of items that have not been used, washed and that retain the original labels as received. Items that are damaged due to washing errors will not be replaced, as Baguy is not responsible for their improper use/washing.

There are no exchanges or returns of personalized items.

Items on sale are not exchanged, only returned.
